Sis Phat, as she is known by many, worked as a conveyancing secretary at a number of prestigious law firms prior to completing her LLB studies. During the same period, she accumulated valuable experience in conveyancing; responsible for Sales in Execution (SIE) and Property In Possession (PIP) transfers, bond registrations, bond cancellations and general conveyancing. She joined SSLR INC. in 2012 as a legal secretary and due to her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she was tasked to head a conveyancing department wherein she developed her passion in property law and continued to work in the conveyancing department as a paralegal during her articles of clerkship.

She is an admitted Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa and prides herself with 14 years of providing a high-quality level of professional service in respect of all her property and conveyancing matters. She draws her strength on client service which is vital in conveyancing transactions.
